FAQ – Returns

1. Under what circumstances is it possible to make a return?

It is possible to initiate a return procedure within 14 days of delivery in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), when you wish to cancel the purchase even though you have received an intact and compliant product.

2. Who pays the shipping costs for the return?

If the withdrawal is at the customer's discretion, the costs shall be borne by the customer. If the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part, the costs shall be borne by us.

3. How long does it take for the refund to be processed?

Within 14 days of receiving notification of withdrawal and after checking the condition of the product, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. What happens if the packaging is damaged or missing and the product is used?

If the packaging is missing or damaged, the company may refuse the return or retain up to 20% of the value as a contribution to the restoration costs.

 

If the product has been used or installed, it can no longer be returned.

5. What happens if the returned goods arrive damaged?

The company recommends reusing the original packaging and signing with reservation to protect yourself in case of damage that is not immediately visible.

It is important to prepare adequate packaging and insure the shipment, as if the returned goods arrive damaged, it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

FAQ – Complaints

1. In which cases can I file a complaint?

The complaint can be submitted as soon as an anomaly is detected, in the event of transport damage, manufacturing defects, and missing components or accessories.

2. When should I report a damaged product?

As soon as possible after delivery, ideally within 48–72 hours.

3. How can I track the status of my claim?

We will send you updates via email until it closes.

 

 

4. Why is it important to sign with reservation upon arrival of the goods?

Signing under the words “I accept with reservation” upon delivery allows you to file a claim with the courier and obtain insurance reimbursement in the event of transport damage.
If, on the other hand, you accept the goods without the aforementioned signature, any damage will not be covered, as you are declaring that the goods have arrived intact.
We recommend that you ALWAYS sign under the words “I accept with reservation".
