Right to withdraw and return of products
The Customer (a consumer) can exercise the right to withdraw provided for by art. 64 of the Consumer Code.It is in the interest of AQADECOR that the Customer can exercise this right of withdrawal in the best possible conditions. The Customer can exercise the right to withdraw within 14 days following the date of delivery of the order, as certified by the freight forwarder.
The right to withdraw can be exercised with reference to certain products and services indicated in art. 55, D. Lgs. n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code). The code also provides that the user cannot exercise the right to withdraw if there is the supply of these goods and services:
- goods that by their nature cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or to change themselves rapidly,
- personalized goods.
The right to withdraw can only be exercised by consumers and not by professionals or companies.
The Customer must express its intention to exercise the right to withdraw with an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating in the subject "Order number N Return". The right to withdraw is exercised by the return of the product by personally paying, to the address that will be reported by AQADECOR after the email with the subject "Order number N Return". In order to benefit from the right to withdraw, the user must ship the product or the products within 14 days of the communication of data to make the withdrawal by AQADECOR. The product or the products must be in perfect condition (unwrecked and undamaged). Verified that the returned product is in compliance with the aforementioned specifications, AQADECOR will pay within 14 days of delivery of the same the amount paid for the purchase through the same payment method used by the customer.
In any case, it is understood that, in accordance with the Article 67 of the Consumer Code, the substantial integrity of the product is an essential condition for the exercise of the right to withdraw by the Customer. Therefore, if the products returned by the Customer are damaged, incomplete, deteriorated and/or used in a way that does not comply with the normal diligence in order to compromise their substantial integrity, they will not be refunded.
